Cala Martina is a small sandy beach, east of the island of Ibiza, known for its location in a natural, almost rural, area. One of Cala Martina’s points is to find orchards and fields close to the beach, that reminds us how Ibiza was a few years ago, because traditional way of life is preserved here.
Cala Martina is an unknown cove to many people, including Ibiza residents, so peace and relax are guaranteed. Most days this beach does not have a large influx of people so you can rest easy, but keep in mind one thing: The proximity of Es Canar Hippie Market to Cala Martina makes not be advisable to visit this cove on market days if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the area.
However, if you are just visiting the hippie market of Es Canar, we encourage you to have a walk to Cala Martina for a swim and enjoy a bath in the hot days of summer.
If you are interested in camping, you should know that on the left of the cove, we can find the Camping La Playa, in Cala Martina, a lovely place to camp in Ibiza right next to the sea. The Beach Camping we is perfect to enjoy the sea corner just next to Cala Martina.
